This product does protect the PSP, but unfortunately it suffers from a design fault around the access panel at the rear (which flips open to allow you to swap games without removing the entire cover). I find that when I'm playing a game my finger applies pressure to one side of this panel, which can on occasion cause the other side of the panel to flip open, releasing the access panel on the PSP and freezing (& often crashing) the game. Even when this doesn't happen, it feels fragile & flimsy because of the movement of this panel. I'd prefer to remove the entire case to swap games. Poor.
