In effect as crude as it is this is a silicone Condom for the slim PSP which is easily scratched and damaged. The Silicone does give some level of protection but is prone to picking up lots of dirt. As the surface is sticky to the touch which isn't ideal if you have your PSP in a pocket. But all in all it's better than nothing and is worth buying to save the console being damaged.
